Terms of use

A few details are still being filled in: words in [square brackets].

These terms are between you and [business name] ("we"). By making an account or buying a theme on SquiggleZoo at home, you agree to them.

What you get

A theme purchase gives your household 7 days of play with that theme's animals at play.squigglezoo.com, and that theme's colouring sheets to print for your own family's use. The days start the first time you play the theme, and run without stopping once started. Buying a theme again adds more days.

Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars elsewhere. Some themes or times may be free.

Accounts

• You must be an adult to make an account. Children can play, with an adult in charge.
• Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in.
• One show runs at a time on each account. Please don't share your account with other households.

Discount codes

A discount code applies to one purchase, may be limited to certain themes or dates, and can't be exchanged for money.

Schools, libraries and events

The home version is for families. For classrooms, libraries, parties and events, please book a session or ask about the event version.

Refunds

[Refund policy, for example: "If it doesn't work for you, write to us within 30 days for a full refund."]

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, and don't upload pictures or songs you don't have the right to use.

Availability

We work hard to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates or internet problems.

Our responsibility

[Limitation of liability, to be written with a lawyer.]

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [province] and Canada.
