Privacy notice

A few details are still being filled in: words in [square brackets].

SquiggleZoo at home is run by [business name], [city, province]. This notice explains what we collect when you use play.squigglezoo.com, and why.

The short version

We collect your email address so you can sign in, and a record of each theme you buy.
The photo of the colouring sheet never leaves your phone. The phone cuts out just the coloured-in animal and sends that to your screen.
We don't save the drawings. They pass through our server to your screen and are kept in its memory only while the show is in use, so you can show them again.
No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. Children never need an account.

Your email address, to send sign-in codes and a note when a purchase goes through.
Your purchases: the theme, date, amount, any discount code, and Stripe's reference. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Your country, only to show prices in Canadian or US dollars. It is not stored.
Your show settings, such as the theme, banner text, and any logo, background picture or song you add. These are saved so the show looks the same next time.
Children's first names, only if you type one on the phone. A name is shown on your screen with the animal and is not saved.
Coloured-in animals. Each one goes to your screen and stays in our server's memory for up to 6 hours after the show was last used, or until you make a new phone code. It is never written to disk.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Stripe, for payments.
Cloudflare, which runs this site and stores accounts in its data centres. Resend, which sends our emails.

Your account and settings are kept until you delete them. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for tax reasons.

You can delete your account at any time on the account page. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, write to hello@squigglezoo.com.
